He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil William and Irene Mesologites Proukou; and his sister Beth. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Nicholas (Randi), Alexander (Gia) and Christopher (Irene); his brothers, Spear X Proukou (Carlette) of Russell, PA and Theodore William Sr. (Katherine) of Burgaw, NC.; his children, Greek and Critter; and his grandchildren, Levi, Lilah and Emma.
