He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Joe and Ruby Lee Lewis (May); his stepmother Jean Lewis; his brother William Galloway; and his daughter Bonnie Jean Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughter Stephanie Sanger; his stepsons, Dan Erb (BreeAnn) and Ben Erb (Laura); his siblings, Edward Lewis, Tammy Rogers and Laura Dunahoo; his stepgrandchildren, Lily, Aria and Teghan; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
