It is with sadness that the passing of Michael J. Newman of Rochester, New York is shared. Michael passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Marie Reilly; and his parents, Richard Newman and Ione Newman. He is survived by: his wife Debra Newman (Klubertanz); his children, Tracy Booth (Kris), Stephanie Newman (Rob Maloney) and Scott Newman (Kristin); his sisters, Diane Long (Jim), Nancy Newman and Kathi Gunio (Tim); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Booth, Braelynn Newman and Landon Newman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vay-Schleich and Meeson (1075 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in his memory.
