He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Kapuscinski. He is survived by: his father Bob Kapuscinski; his sister Jodi Kierpiec (Alex); his nephews, Jordan Turner and Zachary Rutherford; his uncles, Ronald Kapuscinski (Cathy) and Dennis Kapuscinski; his godfather Nick Gendice (Linda); and his close friends, Steve, Daryle, Cory and Dave.
