She was predeceased by: her husband Carmen L. Bellavia; her daughter Charleen Bellavia; her parents, Myron Kahler and Emilee Kahler; and her sister Florence Kahler.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Bellavia (Eric Frank), Carmen S. Bellavia (Wanda), Anne Smookler (Eric) and Joe Bellavia (Morgan); her grandchildren, Nate, Rachel, Theo, Bella, Sabrina and Ruby; and her brother Mel Kahler (Sharon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
