She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Phillips and Vera Phillips Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Fran; her children, David, Ann, Michael (Jim DiNoto) and Chris; her grandchildren, Jessica, Adam (Omar Monroy), Alexa and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Cecil and Elaina; and her sister-in-law Florence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
