He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Gaudioso; his children, Spencer Chudyk and Terin Chudyk; his siblings, Shirley Rowland (Richard), Elizabeth Lobdell (Richard), John Chudyk (Kristine), Robert Chudyk (Lesa), James Chudyk and Timothy Chudyk (Nancy); and his friends, John "Rube" Moncrieff and Patsy Muto. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
