He was predeceased by: his wife Carol [Scarpulla] Penna; his parents, Dominic Penna and Dora Penna; and his brother Sebastian Penna. He is survived by: his son Nicholas S.; his daughter-in-law Candice Penna; his grandchildren, Hayden and Emersyn Penna; his sister Josephine Marcello; and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Penna, Michael O'Connor, Joseph and Debbie Scarpulla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
