Norma M. Shannon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma M. Shannon (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Norma departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Norma leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Shannon; her children, Robert Shannon (Mary) and Sharon Bennett (Rustin); and her grandchildren, Kathryn, Christopher, Elizabeth, Peter, Heather and Sean. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren.
