She is survived by: her husband Rod Forte; her children, Shelby Forte, Jamie Forte (Jenn), Kristy Iannotti (Nick) and Mark DeHond (Melody); her siblings, John Gould and Sandy Eno; and her granddaughters, Rosalie, Chloe and Gianna.
