He was predeceased by : his significant other Alice; his parents, Patrick Flanagan and Rose Flanagan; his brothers, Michael (Mary Lou), Joseph (Rose), William (Ann), John (Margaret), Martin (Cathy), Eugene and James; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Osborne (Francis) and John McMyne.
He is survived by : his daughters, Cheryl Staley (Arthur) and Patricia Garwood; his grandchildren, Timothy Arnold, Tyler Arnold (Kimberly) and Alexandra Garwood; and his sister-in-law Marie McMyne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
