He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Marion; and his close friend Kenny Caschette. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Kate Brinkman (Bo) and Maggie Fischmann (Brett); his siblings, Anne Lavery and John McCormick (Lucy); and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
