He is survived by: his fiancée Tara Paige; his mother Darlene Chapin; his siblings, Peter Chapin (Tina) and Crystal Wagner (Jeff); his siblings' children, Jason Chapin, Gianna Chapin and Trinity Wagner; his aunt Dolly; his uncle Kevin Kendrick; and his friends, Peter Faticone (Andrea), Tony Muscatella (Tracy), Jimmy Vo (Melanie) and Robbie Clements.
