It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Stephen Smith in Rochester, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Marguerite Olp Smith; his brother Stuart; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Martens; his daughters, Mary Catherine Britt (CJ) and Margaret Rossignol (Jeremy); his grandsons, C. Joseph Britt (Amanda), Stephen Britt, William Britt and Jack Rossignol; and his great grandchildren, Maren and Anna Britt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
