She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald D. Mayer; and her sister Jennifer Shacket. She is survived by: her daughters, Lauren Mayer (Floyd Johnson), Kristin Power (Dean) and Alisa Mayer; her grandchildren, Christopher Mayer (Missy) and Rebecca Voica (Roberto); her great grandchildren, Julian, Adrian, Evalynn and Greyson; her sister Andrea Cole; and her cousin Mary Ann Tartaglia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
