Peggy Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Phillips (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Phillips; her brother Alan Dyer; and her son David Fitzpatrick. She is survived by: her sister Janis VanDeusen (Jeff); her children, Deborah Barber, Dale Fitzpatrick, Diane Hamsher (Chris) and Dana Fitzpatrick; her grandchildren, Justin Swift, Stacey Mark, Nathan Swift (Kristen), Lindsey Mark (Andrea), Kristie Avery (Brian) and Tyler Hamsher; and her daughter-in-law Pam Bennett. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623).
In lieu of flowers donations in Peggy's honor can be made to either an Animal Shelter or Hospice Organization of your choice.
