With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny D. Northrop (Rochester, New York), who passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Tom Breon. She is survived by: her mother Elsie Horner; her husband Clifton Michael Northrop; her sons, Daniel Patrick Goodwin, Gary Brian Goodwin and Michael Sean Goodwin; her sisters, Deb Camman (Bob) and Melissa Eckman (Rob); her great-niece Calleigh Eckman; and also Melisssa Eckman (Rob). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lifetime Care Hospice c/o Hildebrandt Hospice Care in her memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Penny D. Northrop 's name.
