He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Onofrey; his children, Tammy Toor (Thomas Fenlon), Michael Onofrey and Lisa MacKenzie (Sean); his grandchildren, Alyssa Toor, Amanda Toor, Allison Onofrey and Kayleigh MacKenzie; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Jaxson and Jamison; and his siblings, Stephen Onofrey, Lois Velez, Tracy Hogan, Mary Kohut and Patty Kohut.
