He was predeceased by: his parents, Newell Requa and Janet Requa (Hoffman). He is survived by: his wife Helen Newman (Druce); his daughters, Kimberly Moffitt and Amy Requa; his grandchildren, Cassandra Dean (Matthew Pulos) and Sean Orner (Janelle); and his great grandchildren, Flora and Nova Orner. He is also survived by several cousins and numerous friends.
