He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Sue Rotoli; and his parents, John Rotoli and Loretta Rotoli. He is survived by: his children, John Rotoli (Claudia), Philip Rotoli, Jr. (Phyllis) and Christa Rotoli; his grandsons, Michael, Philip and Damon; his great grandchild Vincenzo; his sister Frances Steenburgh (Frank); his cousin Pat Barnard (Sandy); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Dunne (Ron), Carol Dawson and Paul Dawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
