He is survived by : his children, Lisa Barrett (Gregory), Tammy Fedele and Michael Fedele; his grandchildren, Cory Crafts (Kate), Jacob Barrett, Julia Barrett, Nicholas Adams and Jolena Fedele; his brother Frank Fredele (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law Raymond Gioseffi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry to hear of my friend Phil passing. I have many great memories from our first meeting and drag racing tales from Spenser Speedway. I have been living in South Florida since 1977 and in the past 15 years or so have not been back To Rochester. Frank I haven't seen you or Jean since the class reunion. Please give me a call.
