He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hayes; his sons, William Hayes (Michell), Philip "Mike" Hayes and Thomas Hayes; his stepchildren, Scottie Hine (Paula), Chad Hine (Amy), Kim DeVries (Shawn), Kristy Hine, Katie Trovato and Kurt Hine; his grandchildren, Grace Katherine Hayes, Benjamin Thomas Hayes, Jasmine Hayes, Angelique Hayes, Haley Hine, Max Hine, Lindsey Hine, Dylan Hine, Grayson DeVries, Sloane DeVries, Alina Trovato and Logan Trovato; his brother Marty Hayes; his nieces, Lisa Brown and Pamela Elkins; and his nephew Todd Elkins. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
