Philip J. Misner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip J. Misner (Rochester, New York), who passed away on August 7, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Misner and Dorene Misner; and his sisters, Deborah Berwalt and Anne (Americo "Moe" Pannoni). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Misner; his son Jason Misner (Tiffany Arnold); his granddaughter Brooklyn; his pet Indy Mae; his brother Jeffrey Misner (Diane); his brothers-in-law, Alex Pannoni (Karen) and Jerome Berwalt; and his nieces, Michelle Pannoni (Peter Schuster), Danielle McFadden (Brian), Jaclyn McFadden and Aislynn Berwalt. He is also survived by many loving extended family members & friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parish of the Holy Family (4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14608).
