He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes (Blankenmayer) and Clement (Mary Ann); and his siblings, Terry and Judith Cluck (Mark). He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Costello (Terry) and Christopher Powderly; his granddaughters, Kelsey Ciemny (Jonas), Michelle Barr (Joseph) and Taylor Powderly; his in-laws, Joyce Powderly, Catherine Eckert, Joan Julien (Larry) and Paul Eckert; and also, Kim Miranda (Rob) and Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home (1717 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Church (130 Brett Rd, Irondequoit, NY 14609).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Golisano Children's Hospital.
