We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2023, Phyllis Powell Dodds (Rochester, New York), born in Jamaica, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Powell and Eva Powell; and her brother George (Jo). She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley (Edward) and Eve (Ron); her children, Scott (Karen) and Stephanie; her grandchildren, Zach (Lori), Nicole (Travis), Taylor, Sarah and Elijah; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Khloe, Brandon and Daniel; her friends, Flora and Pat; and her caregiver Rita Marie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
