He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Makin and Mary Makin; his sister Nancy Smith (Ronald); his brother-in-law John Bleier; and his wife Sarah Makin.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Leigh Rodriguez-Pagan (Lenny); his grandchildren, Grace Marie Delgado (Chris), Jalexander Rodriguez-Delgado and Rubin Mercado; his sister Beverly Bleier; and his goddaughter Ashley Rose Nowakowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
