He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond T. VanDorn and Dorothy LaBarge; his stepmother MaryJane VanDorn; and his brothers, Thomas VanDorn, Scott VanDorn and Timothy VanDorn.

He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Bratcher (Deldric), Dawn Howard, Mildred Jackson (Joseph), Anna Mae, Allan VanDorn and Philip VanDorn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memories, prayers, and support in his honor.
