He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Belknap and Charlotte Belknap; and his sister Donna Romashko. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Stacy), Kenneth (Shannon), Alden and Molly Belknap; his grandchildren, Madison, Sarah and Shane; his great grandchild Oaklee; his siblings, Lucinda Dole (Tom), Ronald (Debbie), David and Bruce Belknap (Evelyn); and his brother-in-law Ronald Romashko. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
