He is survived by: his wife Lauretta; his children, Robert Krenzer (Michelle), Patricia Krenzer, Christine Johnson (Gary), James Prescott (Catherine), Mary Ellen Yehl, Cathy DiVincenzo, Peggy Prescott, Joe Krenzer (Tressa), Marge Medyn (Paul), Kenneth Johnston (Brenna) and Schuyler Johnston (Brianna); his sister Helen Eisaman; his close friend Mike Guinan; and his pet Lexy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Private interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesee County Animal Rescue.
