It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Joseph Ilardo (Rochester, New York), who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Ilardo; and his parents, Sam Ilardo and Lillian Ilardo. He is survived by: his children, Steven Ilardo (Karen), Samuel Ilardo (Jennifer), Ann Whitley (Nick), Carol Vergari (Tom), Taber Ilardo (Heather) and Stacy Klug; his grandchildren, Tim, Alyssa (Brian), Nicole, Nicholas, Christopher, Colin, Dylan, Talan, Lillian and Emery; and his siblings, John Ilardo (Helene) and Arlene Schneider. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Institute.
