Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elliott Williams and Mattie Williams (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Williams (Fields); his daughters, Tasha Williams of Rochester, NY and Breanna Williams of Brooklyn, NY; and his granddaughter Makayla Asbury of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
