She is survived by: her children, David (Sheila), Laura Monaco (John) and Donna Cooper (Scott); her grandchildren, Amanda, Katie (Harrison), Chrissy (Corey), Michael, Brittany (Matt), Nicole (Anthony) and Sam; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Cameron, Madison, Makenna, Kendall and Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to St. Ann's Nursing Home.
