He is survived by: his children, Robert William Peers (Yunping Chen), Robin Elizabeth Peers, Kenneth Irving Peers (Annemarie Peers) and Jeffrey Paul Peers (Tina Peers); and his sisters, Joan Lester and Patricia Tisdale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
