He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Cherri); his children, Stacy Crudele, Shane Crudele (Gretchen) and Kellie Provo (Michael); his grandchildren, Jack, Claire, Lucy, Emma Crudele and Reagan Provo; his siblings, Joy Verbridge, Chuck Crudele (Casey) and Vinnie Crudele (Doris); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Crudele, Jean Crudele and Liza Crudele.
