He is survived by: his wife Ann McGovern; his children, Cindy McGovern (Mike Eifert), Bob McGovern, Christina Weaver (Steven) and Allison Burr (Andrew); his grandchildren, Emily Eifert (Matt Delehey), Julia Eifert (Young), Jonathan Weaver (Jami), Hannah Weaver (Lexie Blackwell), Heather Weaver (Drew Forster), Benjamin Burr, Michael Burr and Matthew Burr; and his sister-in-law Diane Velez (Pedro). He is also survived by his wife, family, and many friends.
