He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Spaulding and Anna Spaulding; his wife Jean (Wager); and his daughter Jacquelyn Guth. He is survived by: his children, Jean Schult, Carl Guth (Marsha), Carol Makowiecki (Dick), Robert H. Spaulding (Donna) and Wayne Spaulding; and his stepdaughters, Karen Hood (Steven) and Kathleen Lenzo. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
