We announce the death of Robert S. Waters Jr. in Rochester, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Waters Sr. and Helen Waters (Morrisey); and his brother-in-law Robert Daly. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Andrew Waters (Cheryl); his grandson Blaze Waters; his sister Victoria Daly; and his stepgrandchildren, Nina Bishop and Brylelyn Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
