He is survived by: his sister Beverly Stephenson (Chip); his nieces and nephews, Amy Stephenson (Kyle Trainor), Mary Scherer (David), Patrick Stephenson and Casey Stephenson (Sabrina); his aunt Lena Casario; his cousins, Christine Gerber, Marlene DiSano, Jerry Gerber, Kim Sullivan (Frank), Nicholas Casario and John Casario; and his aunt Joyce Ciciotti.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
