She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfred "Bill" Newman; her mother Belle Litowitz; and her brother Monte Weisner. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Crane (Howard), Kenneth Newman (Abby), Karen Rabinowitz (Larry) and Michele Newman; her grandchildren, Daniel (Daniela), Jeremy, Ari Crane (Ilana), Adam Newman, Dina Kwasnicki (Jason), Becki (Kellen Healy), Sam (Devon Young), Hannah Rabinowitz, Trevor and Owen FitzSimmons; her great grandchildren, Mila, Arlo, Levi and Zane Crane; and her niece Debbie St (Blakey).
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14610). A shiva will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 1 Reserve View Blvd, Rochester, NY 14618.
