He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Carafice and Louise Zarcone Carafice. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Dr. Tracy Maier (Richard); his grandchildren, Michael, Catherine and MaryGrace Maier; his siblings, Richard Carafice (Mary K.), Peter Carafice (Beth Mikkelson) and Sandra Bligh; and his brother-in-law Donald Lister (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
