With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ronald L. Rafferty of Rochester, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ronald left this world on July 9, 2024 at the age of 34, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ronald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ronald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Alyssa White Rafferty; his parents, Ron Rafferty and Barb Rafferty; his siblings, Jen Rafferty, Kim Corson (Rafferty) and Nick Corson; his niece Sophie Corson; and his nephew Jonah Corson. He is also survived by dog (and surrogate son) Jax; and grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Ron (and his bond with Jax) to the Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities (ECAD) Project Heal, which trains and matches service dogs with returning combat veterans.
