With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald T. Poness Sr. of Rochester, New York, who passed away on September 18, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Gaye Anne; his children, Ronald Jr. (Jessica), Robin Hernandez (Tom) and Michelle Vittone; his granddaughters, Katherine DeVries (Dennis), Leila and Mia Hernandez; and his niece Anne Berry. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Veterans Outreach Center.
