Rose Marie Lazare Obituary
We bid farewell to Rose Marie Lazare (Rochester, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 13, 2025 at the age of 92. Rose touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Vallone and Maria Vallone; her husband Joseph; and her sisters, Grace, Sylvia and Sally.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph of Arizona, Cheryl (Geof) of Lake George and Stephen (Mary) of Pleasantville; her grandchildren, Megan, Kristen, Michael, Nicole, Libby, Alex and Anna; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Camilla and Miles; her stepgrandchildren, Tiani and Allen; and her brothers, Peter (Kerren) and Ralph Vallone (Joan). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1000 N Greece Rd, Rochester, NY 14626). A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (2461 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612).
