He was predeceased by: his grandson Michael Partridge; his parents, George Ward and May Ward; and his brothers, George and Ronald Ward.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; and his children, Michele Ross (Jim), Bonny Partridge, Richard Partridge Cheryl (John Dozier), Holly Partridge (Jordan Caster) and Jason Tambe (Lucia Musgrove). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sisters in-law, brother in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to either American Diabetes Association, Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice.
