She was predeceased by: her husband Frank O. Clemens; and her siblings, Rosemary Weber and Matthew Kenney. She is survived by: her children, Pat Sweetland, Andrew Clemens (Gail), Matthew Clemens (Susanne) and Frederick Clemens; her grandchildren, Christina Oak (Michael), Karen Sweetland, Lisa Clemens (Dave Rapple), Tony Clemens, Andy Clemens, Christopher Clemens and Joseph Clemens; and her great grandchildren, Savannah Clemens, Caitlyn Oak and Alexander Oak.
