He was predeceased by: his siblings, James "Jimbo" Mills and Stacy Mills; and his grandparents, William, Marilyn Mills, Kathleen Rodrigues and Theodore Taggerty.
He is survived by: his parents, James Mills (Debria) and Mary Perkins (Rick); his sister Kelly Mills; his stepsiblings, Caprice DuPont (Richard), Melissa Hargett, Jackie Perkins, Joshua Jackson (Virginia) and Justin Rotach; and his niece Samantha Mandabach (John). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
