He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Phelps and Ann Phelps; his daughter Charleston R. Phelps; the mother of his child Amanda Phelps; his sister Elizabeth Ann Pardon (Douglas); and his nieces and nephews, Conor, Timothy and William Pardon.
