He is survived by: his daughter Mary Nester; his sister Rosalind Heid; his niece Dawn Breen; his great-nephews, James "JB" Breen III (Samantha "Sam) and Lucas G. Breen; his brother Bob "Bobby" Matheaus; his cousin Diane Poreda-Stana; Michael Poreda (Janet), Jimmy Poreda and Chris Poreda. He is also survived by his extended family and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Chapels (4545 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (1000 Lochland Rd, Geneva, NY 14456).
