She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stevens and Marie Stevens (Wagner). She is survived by: her sons, Steven Hopkins (Nichole) and Cory Hopkins; her siblings, Kim Goodman (Kurt) and Keith Stevens; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Mason and Abigail. She is also survived by nieces and cousins.
