She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Mae and James Fulton; her husband Bernard Siplin; and her siblings, Annette, Brenda, James and Tony.
She is survived by: her family, Letica Briggs, Demetria Siplin, Bernard Siplin Jr., Joshua Hampton and Ashley Hampton; and her siblings, Joanne, Debra (Calvin), Diane, Sonya, Patrice, Priscillia, Linda, Kenny, Benny, Wesley and Marty. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
